Skipping Steps

• She can push up pretty high to look around now.
• Notice how she can get her elbows under her.
• We also notice her knees under her now.

We assumed Summer would try to learn how to roll the other way, now that she has half of the process down. We haven't really noticed any signs of her trying to figure that out though, despite our not-at-all-subtle hints.

Instead, we have noticed the positions shown above. That looks like the early stages of crawling, if you ask me.

Doesn't she have the Baby Development Handbook? She skipped a chapter!
